Field observations
A lot of the best coaching evidence happens away from a desk: on the floor, on a site visit, on a call, in the room where the work is. Admire works on your phone or tablet, so you can take data where the work happens instead of trying to remember it later.
Assess on site
Section titled “Assess on site”Some skills only show up in the field: a safety step on the line, a repair done live, a customer handled in the room. Admire lets an expert or supervisor run a Meeting and assess those skills on site, scoring each one precisely against its expectations. It is the same Meeting you would run at a desk, so the result lands in the same record and feeds skill development like any other observation. Prepare the Meeting ahead of time, or start one on the spot and score what you are watching as it happens.
You don’t have to score everything. Rate only what there was time to observe, and skipped skills are simply left untouched. For the full data-taking detail, see Running a Meeting.
Quick ways in
Section titled “Quick ways in”Everyone you coach is on your dashboard, and it adapts to a mobile screen. With a coachee in front of you, two actions cover almost every field moment:
- The lightning button starts a ready-to-go session on the spot, their priority and required skills already loaded, so you can score what you’re watching as it happens.
- The note button captures a quick note when you only have a few seconds.
