Notes
Notes are how you capture context between Meetings: observations, reminders, and moments worth recognizing. They keep coaching grounded in what actually happened rather than impressions.
Note types
Section titled “Note types”- General: a plain note or observation.
- Task: an upcoming commitment or piece of work to follow up on.
- Win: an achievement, success, or milestone worth recognizing.
Visibility
Section titled “Visibility”Each note has a visibility level so you control who can see it:
- Private: only you.
- Supervisors: you and other coaches/supervisors.
- Shared: coaches and the staff member themselves.
Where notes appear
Section titled “Where notes appear”Notes live on the person’s profile, where you can review, edit, and delete them in bulk. They also surface wherever you coach:
The Relationships widget
Section titled “The Relationships widget”From the dashboard, jot a quick note against anyone you coach the moment something comes to mind. It takes seconds, and the note is waiting for you when you prepare the next 1-1 (see Relationships).
The Meeting sidebar
Section titled “The Meeting sidebar”While running a Meeting, the sidebar shows the person’s notes as a timeline, so the tasks and wins you captured are right there to discuss. Check off each one as it’s covered.
