Scenarios overview
The rest of the help center explains Admire feature by feature. Scenarios come at it from the other direction: you arrive with a management situation, “I need to onboard someone,” “I’m starting a PIP,” “I want a dashboard of role KPIs,” and each page lays out how to run it end to end, pointing into the features as you need them.
Every scenario follows the same core loop, Define what’s expected, Observe it, Track the result. The difference is emphasis: onboarding leans on clear expectations, 1:1s lean on quick capture, reviews lean on sign-off, analytics lean on data. Pick the page that matches what you’re trying to do.
