FAQ
How can I add users without giving them access yet?
Section titled “How can I add users without giving them access yet?”Add them as placeholder users: when you add a person, simply deselect the option to invite them. They exist in Admire — assignable to roles, ready for notes and observations — but get no sign-in and no email. It’s the way to set up your organization before inviting anyone, or to keep tracking someone you don’t intend to give platform access. See Adding & managing people.

Admire’s MCP is smart enough to surface the right guided workflows, so the AI follows the steps that lead to success — which makes it a great way to brainstorm and set up your platform.
