Quick meetings

For coaches who work with the same people regularly, Admire makes starting a meeting nearly instant. Even when you haven’t had time to prepare, a 1-1 can begin in seconds in a well-prepared state: the session opens with all your past notes at hand and the right skills already lined up.

Prioritize skills first

These shortcuts work best when a person has prioritized skills on their profile: Admire pre-fills the meeting with their priority skills and their role’s required skills, so the whole flow is simpler and more automatic.

Start a meeting from the dashboard

Everyone you have an immediate relationship with, the people you coach, appears on your dashboard.

The Relationships widget: each person carries three quick actions.

Action	Description
	Creates the meeting and drops you straight into it: you as the coach, them as the coachee, and their priority and required skills pre-selected. No form to fill.
	Opens the planning form pre-filled with the person, for a meeting at a later time.
	Jots a quick note against the person, waiting for you in your next 1-1.

Clicking a person’s name or avatar opens their profile.
