AI Coaching Overview
AI Coaching is AI-powered self-coaching. It lets a person practice and test their skills on their own, between Meetings — so development isn’t limited to time with a manager.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Start a session and Admire’s AI coach works through your skills interactively. It suggests relevant skills to focus on — prioritizing the ones your role marks as required or priority — and you can adjust the selection before you begin.
Teach Me and Assess Me
Section titled “Teach Me and Assess Me”AI Coaching has two modes, for two different goals:
- Teach Me — a learning mode. The coach explains the skill, walks you through it, and lets you practice with feedback. There’s no score; it’s about learning. Reach for it when a skill is new or shaky.
- Assess Me — a testing mode. The coach quizzes and challenges you on the skill, then scores how you did. Reach for it when you’re ready to prove a skill or work toward mastery.
Many people alternate — learn with Teach Me, then test with Assess Me.
How results work
Section titled “How results work”Assess Me scores your performance in real time and shows where you stand on each skill. Results are saved as drafts, so you can practice freely without worrying about your record. Review them, keep the ones that reflect your real level, and discard the rest — that keeps self-coaching low-pressure while still feeding your progress when you choose to keep a result.
For how scores roll up into levels and mastery, see Calculating mastery.
Custom AI Assistants
Section titled “Custom AI Assistants”Organizations can create their own AI coaches with guidance tailored to how they work — see AI Assistants.
