Skills Library (Vault)

The Skills Library (also called the Vault) is a shared collection of pre-built skills you can import into your organization — so you don’t have to define everything from scratch.

Importing skills

Browse the library and import the skills that fit your roles. Imported skills arrive fully defined — description, assessment type, and mastery bar — ready to assign. Any playbook pages linked to a skill are imported alongside it, so the “how” comes with the “what.”

Sharing your own

Skills you’ve refined can be shared back to the community library, so other teams can benefit from your work.

After importing

Imported skills are yours to adapt — edit the description, adjust the mastery bar, or change the assessment type to fit your context. See Skills overview for how skills are structured.
