Reporting overview

Admire turns the observations you record into insight about where your team stands. Two reporting tools cover most needs.

Admire ships with a set of ready-made reports on skills and progress across your people and roles — no setup required. They answer the questions managers ask most often: who’s progressing toward mastery, where the team is strong or thin, and how an individual is growing over time. Each report is explained in the app where you open it, so start there.

When you have a specific question the built-in reports don’t answer, build your own view with Dashboards — charts and tables driven by your own queries.

Most reporting is built from the observations you record in Meetings. Dashboards can also draw on external data you bring in through artifact sources.
