Start a meeting from the dashboard

Everyone you have an immediate relationship with — the people you coach — appears on your dashboard. Start a meeting right from there in one click: Admire creates the session with you as the coach and them as the coachee and drops you straight into it, so you skip opening a form and picking the person first.

Suggest skills

When you start a meeting, Admire can suggest the skills to assess instead of you choosing from scratch. It draws on what already matters for that person — skills marked priority for them and required by their role, favoring the ones that are both — so the session focuses on what counts. Adjust the selection before you begin if you want.
