Your first week

This is the fastest path to getting value from Admire: define what good looks like for one role, then observe a real person against it. You can do the whole loop in your first week.

Start with one role you manage. Pick the handful of skills (usually 4–6) that most determine success in that role.

Add (or invite) someone on your team and assign them to the role, so they inherit its expected skills.

Schedule a Meeting, observe the person demonstrating one or two skills, and record what you saw.

See where the person stands and where the team has gaps.

That’s the core loop. From here you can connect your AI tools so AI can do the legwork, add playbooks so people know how to build a skill, turn on AI coaching for self-practice, and track KPIs with role metrics.
