Quick observations

Sometimes you see a skill demonstrated in the moment and want to record it without scheduling a full Meeting. A quick observation lets you capture it on the spot.

Record a score for a single skill against a person, using the skill’s assessment type, just as you would inside a Meeting. The observation counts toward the person’s progress and mastery the same way.

A draft observation surfaces in the person’s next Meeting, so you won’t forget it’s still unshared. That lets you hold the feedback and deliver it in a Meeting — talking it through together — rather than having the person come across it on their own.
